The class has two halves, and you need both. First, you watch me set up an agent from an empty folder, step by step, in Claude and in ChatGPT. Most of the owners I talk to are running five. Even if you're on one, you're still the one carrying every task through it. Adding another tool won't help. An agent runs inside the one AI app you already pay for. It takes the carrying off your desk, because you're no longer the person in the middle of every task.
You already know how to direct one. Think about how you'd explain a job to someone helping you out for a week. You'd tell them about the business, give them the rules, hand them the job, and check the result. That's exactly how you work with an agent. So what is a business agent, exactly?
It's the same Claude or ChatGPT you use now, and you'll still do most of your day's work through it. In practice, it's the desktop app pointed at a folder on your computer. That folder holds a few files about your business, the rules it follows, and the jobs you want done. Set up that way, it knows your business, it works in your files, and it can run while you're away.
It already knows your business: what you sell, who you sell to, how you talk, how you like things done. It's all in a folder of files it reads before it starts any job, so you don't have to explain yourself again.
Works in your actual files. It reads your documents, writes new ones, and leaves the finished work in your folder with a short note on what it did.
Remembers what you teach it. Once you've told it something, it keeps it. The memory is plain files on your own computer, and you can open and read them.
Follows your rules: what it can write, what it must never do, and when to stop and ask you. That's why you can trust it with real work.
Runs on its own when you want it to. You give it a job and a time. It wakes itself up, does the work, and leaves it waiting for you. That can happen while you're on a call or asleep, as long as your computer is on.

What changes when you have one
You stop being limited to one thing at a time
Until now, one person could only do one thing at a time. You could work faster or longer, and you were still doing one thing. An agent changes that, because it works on one job while you do another, so several pieces of work move at once.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything happens inside the app, in plain English. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can do this.
Claude or ChatGPT?
Either one, and I show both. The desktop apps are free to download. The part that works in your files needs a paid plan, and ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro covers it. That part is called Cowork in Claude and Codex in ChatGPT. They're just names. No code is involved. If your desktop app shows either one, you have what you need.
I already use AI every day. What's new here?
It's a new way to use AI. It cuts your workload and lets you work on several things at once. Today you type every request and wait for the answer. If nothing happens with your AI until you type, you have a very good tool and no agent yet. The class shows you how to set one up and what to do with it.
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. In the build interviews, the AI reads what you've already written: your website, your offers, your past proposals. It pulls out what matters, asks you for the gaps, and fills in your templates for you.
How will I learn to install memory, and how is it different from the memory my app already has?

Does my computer need to be on?

Where do my business files go?
They stay in a folder on your own computer. The app reads them there, the same way it reads anything you paste into a chat, under the terms of your paid plan. Keep passwords and bank details out of it.
Will it send anything without me?
No. Its rules say draft only, so it doesn't send anything, and it can't spend money. Everything it writes goes into your folder for you to look at, and you do the sending.
Do I leave the class with an agent running?
Not yet. You leave knowing every step. The next day, the recording, the guide, the templates and the briefs arrive. You set yours up at your own pace, with the templates open beside the recording. The daily routine from the second half is what you use from then on.
What time is it where I am?
9pm Eastern and 6pm Pacific on Wednesday 16 September. That's 17 September for the rest of us: 8am in Vietnam, 11am in Sydney, 2am in London. Your confirmation email carries a calendar file in your own time zone.
Can I get a refund?
