What changes when you have one
You stop being limited to one thing at a time
Until now, one person has meant one stream of work. You could work faster and put in longer hours, and at any given moment you were still doing one thing, and every new priority joined the same queue. An agent breaks that rule. The AI you use today makes each task faster, and an agent does something much bigger, which is letting several pieces of useful work move at the same time.
Work on two things at once. While you're on a call or writing a proposal, your agent is researching what comes next, and neither piece of work waits for the other.
Stop being the bottleneck. The work no longer sits in a queue until you're back at the keyboard, because it runs at the time you set and is waiting in your folder when you get there.

Do I need to know how to code?

Either one, and I show both. You need a paid plan with the desktop app, which is Cowork in Claude or Codex in ChatGPT, and if you open the desktop app and can see that name you have what you need.

It's a new way to use AI, one that cuts your workload and lets you work on several things at the same time. Instead of typing every request and waiting for the answer, you hand the work to an agent that already knows your business and runs on its own, and you pick up the finished work from your folder. Do I have to start from scratch?
No. The build interviews read what you've already written, your website, your offers, your past proposals, and pull out what matters. Then they ask you for the gaps and fill in your templates for you.
How will I learn to install memory?
I walk through it step by step in the class, and it's in the recording and the guide. It's the same free system my own agents run on.
Does my computer need to be on?
Yes. The agent runs inside the desktop app on your own machine, so it works whenever your computer is on and the app is running, and it picks up its next scheduled run when you're back.
Where do my business files go?
They stay in a folder on your own computer and the agent reads them there. Keep passwords and bank details out of it.
Will it send anything without me?
No. Its rules say draft only, so it doesn't send anything and it doesn't spend anything. Everything it writes goes into your folder for you to look at, and you do the sending.
Do I leave the class with an agent running?
You leave with the recording, the guide, the templates, the briefs and the method, having watched every step on screen. You can set yours up from the recording with the templates beside you, and the guide gets you started before the class.
What time is it where I am?
