Build Your First Business Agent.

You already pay for AI, and you're still the one doing all the work.

You use it most days and some of what it does for you is very good. The catch is that every new chat starts with you explaining your business again, and whatever you fixed yesterday isn't there today. Nothing happens unless you're sitting there making it happen.

So you tried a saved prompt to hold your context, and it worked until the business changed and you forgot to update it. Then you uploaded your files to a chatbot, which can answer questions about them but can't actually do a job. Maybe you set up an automation too, and it ran the same steps until something upstream moved and it broke without telling you. They all stall for the same reason, which is that none of them was built to work on its own.

What standing inside every interaction costs.

Harvard Business Review put a number on it. Working with the BCG Henderson Institute across 1,488 full-time workers, they found productivity peaks at three AI tools and goes backwards at four or more, and the people affected made about 39% more major errors. Most of the owners I talk to are running five. That happens because you're standing inside every interaction, and your attention doesn't scale the way the model does.

You already know how to fix this, because you've done it with people. You've hired someone, handed them work you couldn't do yourself, given them the rules and checked the result. Directing an agent is the same job pointed at a different kind of worker, and that's what this class teaches.

Everything gets called an agent now.

A chatbot with a nicer name gets called an agent, and so does a saved prompt. The real thing is different in six ways, and they're easy to check once you know them.

What's underneath one.

It's a folder on your own computer, and a few plain text files inside it. The app you already pay for reads them and does the rest.

You build this once. Then you point the same agent at your research, your writing, your planning and your customer emails, from the same folder, and it gets better at every one of them the longer it works with you.

Anyone can buy the same intelligence you can, but nobody can buy what your agent learns from working with you.

That's the reason to build one now rather than later. The model gets better every few months and you get that without doing anything. The part you own is everything the agent has learned about your business, and that only compounds from the day you start.

At 4:06 on a Tuesday afternoon, my content agent started work without me.

I was filming a video about agents when the notification came up. It read its notes, checked the results from its previous run, and got on with the next job while I kept talking. When I'd finished the take, its brief for the day was in the folder, with a note on what it did and why.

That agent is worth more now than the day I installed it, and nobody upgraded it. It kept what I taught it. Every run it makes is written down, and the scheduled runs are on the public record if you want to read them.

Why USD 149, and why live.
